The Space:

This unique property combines two separate living units across three levels, providing extra space, comfort, and flexibility for larger groups.



Upper Floor & Attic:



The bright and spacious house occupies the upper floor and attic, accommodating up to 10 guests. It features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements across both levels.



Lower Floor:



A charming, light-filled apartment located on the lower floor, featuring its own cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable amenities. It provides additional space and privacy, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.



Together, the two units offer a welcoming environment where guests can gather, relax, and enjoy their stay while maintaining their own personal space.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to both units of the property with the upper floor, attic and lower floor.



Please note that the two units are not connected internally. Guests must step outside and use the separate entrances to move between the house and the apartment.



Each unit has its own private entrance and separate lockbox for convenient self-check-in. There are two lockboxes in total: one for the upper floor and attic and one for the lower floor. Access instructions and the corresponding 4-digit codes for both lockboxes will be provided before arrival.



The upper floor & attic entrance is located at the top of the stairs, while the lower floor has its own entrancer.



Private parking is available directly outside the house, while free street parking is available outside the apartment.

Located in the heart of Tórshavn, the property offers easy access to everything the capital has to offer. Charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions are all within walking distance.



The picturesque harbor and beautiful surroundings make this an excellent location to experience both the vibrant city atmosphere and the unique charm of the Faroe Islands.



Getting Around:

Public transport is easily accessible, and private parking is available if you’re renting a car. Whether you want to explore Tórshavn or take a trip to nearby islands, you’ll be in a prime location to easily get around.

Would you like to arrive a bit earlier or leave a little later? We provide both early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability.

It is also possible to order a baby cot and a high chair for an additional fee.
