Did not meet expectation

To start with the access to the villa. It is 3 km on a very poor road. It`s narrow, steep and in a very bad shape. Tha house is older than it seems in the pictures, and the is no AC. The cleaning was not the best, and you notice that this is not a home, it`s a house for rental. We wehere the in july, and the water in the shower is too warm after lunch, which makes it impossible to take a shower. According to the representative of the house, it is because of construction. The outsaide area is nice, but i missed a lounge furniture for relax.

Great views and superb pool, owner+++

Great views and large & deep pool. Very friendly owner :) only downside might be the road to the property which is quite steep at parts. But then again you get your peace and quiet up there :)

The villa is beautiful, very spacious. Pool is large and very deep. Have everything you need. The views are absolutely breath taking and the pictures doesn't do the justice. Even the views trough the windows while washing dishes are mesmerising. Villa located on the top of the mountain, with good access, gated. The road is not too bad to it. Beach is nearby, so is the supermarkets. Kitchen is very spaciuos, however could do with couple of good knifes. Living and dining room is beautiful with large TV and sofa. Bedrooms are simple, but has everything you need. Bathrooms fully working, has very spanish look. Laundry room with very nice washing machine. Used Rapido for a quick wash in 40min. Bar area outside, has gas hob, fridge and barbecue. This area was used the most for cooking. Outside patio has a large dining table and bar table with stools. What could improve is some personal touch such as more flowers and plants, otherwise is perfect. We had fantastic time with children!

Das Haus ist an einer exzellenten Lage. Die Ruhe in der Nacht ist ruhig. Die Betten waren angenehm und auch die Nasszellen sind neuer und sauber. Sicherlich sind gewissen Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ergänzt und z.T. ersetzt werden. Wie es bereits frühere Gäste beschrieben haben, der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht alltäglich. Es ist jedoch verlockend, alle Wege auch zu testen;-) Ein Fahrzeug mit genügend Bodenfreiheit dafür ist empfehlenswert;-)

Wir haben direkt mit dem Besitzer, Angel, verhandelt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, es ist perfekt ausgestattet und dekoriert. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Zugang zum Haus. Die Straße ist stellenweise sehr beschädigt und nur an manchen Stellen vorbei, man braucht ein großes Auto, um hinaufzufahren. Aber es lohnt sich.

Sehr schönes und komplettes Haus. Gut ausgestattet und viel Platz. Praktisch mit Außendusche. Fantastische Aussicht. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, für Fragen erreichbar. Der Pool ist schön, aber gut zu wissen, dass er tief ist. Das einzig Negative ist, dass die Fahrbedingungen bis zum Haus nicht ganz ideal sind. In Torrox gibt es wenig zu unternehmen, aber Nerja ist eine gemütliche Stadt und nur 15 Minuten entfernt.

Sobald ihr da seit, wisst ihr warum ihr gebucht habt. Wir hatten echt eine gute Zeit. Die Villa ist eine Mischung aus traditionellem und modernem Stil. Sehr gemütlich. Definitiv geeignet für Familien genauso wie Paare. Sehr vielfältig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Vom Pool bis zum Garten und einem extra Steinofen Barbecue bis zum Tischtennis. Der Garten besitzt wunderschönes Gewächs. Der Pool mit einer wunderschönen & idyllischen Aussicht ist echt atemberaubend. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter & warmer Mensch, der bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist. Er hat uns auch sofort die besten Spots mit den besten Aktivitäten zugeschickt. Die besten Tipps gegeben. Wir sind als Familie wie man merkt sehr begeistert und haben uns aufgehoben gefühlt.! Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr warm und freundlich bzw. auch hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne! Es ist vorallem sehr ideal für Leute, die aus dem Stress des Stadtjungel’s kommen. Dort schaltet man wirklich ab! Immer wieder gerne!!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit toller Aussicht auf Torrox-Costa und das Meer und wunderschöner gut ausgestatteten Terrasse, die wir leider während unseres vierwöchigen Aufenthaltes im März wegen des überwiegend schlechten Wetters wenig nutzen konnten ebenso wie die große Grillbar mit einem 2. geräumigen Kühlschrank. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist leider recht beschwerlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sol und ihren Mann war sehr nett, sie versorgten uns mit frischen Tomaten, Avocados und Zitronen sowie Kaminholz. Ausserdem gab es zur Begrüßung einen gefüllten Korb mit Köstlichkeiten, eine sehr schöne Geste!

Die Vorabkommunikation war unkompliziert auch in deutsch möglich. Alle Absprachen haben funktioniert. Bei der ersten Anreise wird man vom Verwalter der Immobilie zum Haus geführt, was auch absolut notwendig ist. Unsere Navigation hat grundsätzlich 3 andere Wege vorgeschlagen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Vor dem Fahren auf steilen einspurigen Bergstraßen sollte man keine Angst haben. Am Haus angekommen eröffnet sich einem ein absoluter Traumausblick, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Sonst bietet das Haus alles was man braucht. Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser. Die Betten waren frisch für uns bezogen. An Handtücher bitte selbst denken, steht aber auch in der Anzeige. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und der Verwalter war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden das Objekt definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Superlage Lukas war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Name Villa könnte mit wenig Aufwand verbessert werden.Geschirr und Besteck I.O Küche sollte mal ausgeräumt werden. Bratpfannen sind nicht brauchbar Toaster wirft den Toast nicht aus Saftpresse funktioniert nicht. Wasserhahn in Küche sollte mal revidiert werden. WC in der Dusche funktioniert nicht. Cheminee sollte einen Schieber haben,Wärme geht alle den Kamin hinauf . Sonst super Lage sehr ruhig nichts zu bemängeln

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist groß und sehr tief. Haben Sie alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Aussicht ist absolut atemberaubend und die Bilder werden dem nicht gerecht. Sogar die Aussicht durch die Fenster beim Geschirrspülen ist faszinierend. Villa auf dem Gipfel des Berges gelegen, mit guter Zufahrt, eingezäunt. Die Straße ist nicht zu schlecht dafür. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, ebenso die Supermärkte. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, könnte jedoch ein paar gute Messer vertragen. Wohn- und Esszimmer ist wunderschön mit großem Fernseher und Sofa. Die Zimmer sind einfach, haben aber alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Badezimmer sind voll funktionsfähig und haben einen sehr spanischen Look. Waschküche mit sehr schöner Waschmaschine. Benutzte Rapido für eine schnelle Wäsche in 40min. Barbereich draußen, hat Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Grill. Dieser Bereich wurde am meisten zum Kochen genutzt. Die Außenterrasse verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und einen Bartisch mit Hockern. Was verbessert werden könnte, ist eine persönliche Note wie mehr Blumen und Pflanzen, ansonsten ist es perfekt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit Kindern!
