  • Welcome to Finca Casa Espina, peacefully set in the hills above Torrox Pueblo amid the gentle landscape of the Axarquía. With a private pool, landscaped grounds and a sheltered southwest-facing aspect, this charming finca is ideal for relaxing and leaving everyday life behind.



    A paved driveway leads to private parking right by the house. The extensive grounds offer sunny and shaded spots to unwind, with a cosy seating and dining area beneath mature trees. The private pool with an outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off, while fruit trees and natural planting create a pleasant atmosphere.



    The modern living room has a high ceiling, two sofas and a TV, offering plenty of space and comfort. It leads to three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with a pull-out bed for two. There are two modern bathrooms in total. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.



    The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room, which leads directly to the large pool terrace with additional seating and a sun canopy. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts, peaceful garden strolls and cosy evenings cooking on the gas barbecue.



    Torrox Pueblo, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 15-minute drive away. The coast, with beaches, supermarkets and weekly markets, is just a few minutes further. The shopping centre and golf course are also within easy reach.

The villa has wonderful views across the valley. The outside space is beautiful with plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The large pool was amazing even though maybe not as deep as some guests would like. The villa is very well appointed with air conditioning throughout which is a blessing in the hot climate. It does feel like a home rather than a rental with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, a nice large fridge freezer and a good oven and hob. Outside dining using the many seated table options and a large brand new gas bbq allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The location is only 20 minutes from Torrox where there are supermarkets and restaurants. This an excellent choice for a quiet and private holiday and i would highly recommend it. Thanks to Gilda and Juan for looking after us so well.

Het huis ligt op een geweldige plek met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Heerlijk rustig en de natuur is prachtig. We hebben het huis voor 16 dagen gehuurd. Van de 16 dagen hebben we 9 dagen problemen gehad met het water. We hadden geen water of de waterdruk was erg slecht. We konden de vaatwasser en wasmachine hierdoor niet gebruiken. Douchen en het toilet gebruiken was ook een groot probleem. T ijdels ons verblijf heeft de eigenaar zijn klussenman de waterleiding laten omleggen zodat we weer water hadden helaas werd de tijdelijke leiding na een dag door een vrachtwagen stuk gereden. Een dag later hadden we weer een tijdelijke leiding. Aan het eind van onze vakantie is de leiding opnieuw aangelegd door het beton van de toegangsweg. De mensen vertelde ons wat we ook al van de tuinmannen hadden gehoord dat de waterleiding al niet functioneerde voordat wij kwamen. Het huis vooral het sanitair is aan een upgrade toe. Erg smerige kitranden en niet erg hygiënisch.
