  • With sea views and only 100 meters from the beach, this apartment with capacity for 4 and equipped with air conditioning offers you a comfortable and refreshing stay. In addition, it has a convenient covered parking space in the same building.



    It has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, which can be separated with sliding doors to offer greater privacy. You will also find a terrace with sea views to relax outdoors. The living room includes a television and a sofa for your comfort.



    The kitchen is American-style, with a ceramic hob, and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine. You will enjoy an exceptional location, only 100 meters from the beach, where you can relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings.



    Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. In addition, less than 3 km away, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local gastronomy.
