Daró 3D 31 - 150m from the beach, pool

It can accommodate 6 people and is only 150 meters from the beach. It is located in a community area with a swimming pool, ideal for families. The house has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped. Additionally, there is parking for added convenience (you can park the car in front of the garage entrance).



It has a garden with furniture and a parasol, and the plot is fenced. There is a barbecue, fireplace, iron, and a television. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, all windows have mosquito nets for added comfort.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Sin ninguna duda, un lugar privilegiado.. hemos pasado una semana genial. La ubicación y el entorno es una maravilla. Inmo Mas Pinell, gracias por toda la atención… nos vemos pronto. Es un problema de la Zona, por la cal… pero cambiar filtros de grifos, para mejorar presión del agua.

Schöner Urlaub in der Nachsaison

Die nähe zum Mehr und die Hundefreundlichkeit sind sehr positiv zu bewerten. Ein defekter Toaster wurde sofort ausgetauscht. In einer Selbstverpflegerunterkunft sollte das Kücheninventar (Teller, Töpfe, Besteck) ein klein wenig hochwertiger und kompletter sein. In der Küche haben wir ein bunt zusammen gemichtes, "jeder hat mal was stehen lassen", Inventar vorgefunden. Erbetene Regeln wie das "nicht Parken vor dem Haus" oder das Grillen nur auf der Straßenseite sollten nicht nur für die Urlaubsgäste, sondern auch für die spanischen Nachbarn gelten.

Die Angaben der Agentur entsprechen genau den Angaben der Homepage. Das Haus ist geeignet für 8 Personen. Es ist alles an Geschirr im Haus. Die Lage ist-wenn man vor Ort am Strand bleiben will- super. Es sind aber im Umkreis von ca. 25 km super Strände erreichbar. Mas Pinell ist eine kleine Siedlung für sich. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 6 km.

La casa es muy comoda y espaciosa, y las instalaciones de la piscina comunitaria excelentes Se podria mejorar la valla del patio trasero, poner setos o algun tipo de ocultamiento porque las plantas que hay no tapan,y ves a los vecinos todo el rato, lo que hace que falte intimidad

Un buen lugar para ir con la família

casa perfecta con habitaciones grandes, baños correctos. La ubicación es buena cerca de la piscina y de la playa. Un buen lugar para unas vacaciones en família. A esta casa solo le falta poner aire acondicionado o al menos ventiladores.
