  • With a capacity of 7 people, this accommodation is located in a privileged location, just 200 meters from the beach and in a communal area with a swimming pool. This cozy rental is fully equipped and features air conditioning.



    The house has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in all rooms, communal swimming pool (for adults and children), mosquito nets in the bedrooms, 2 televisions, and satellite TV with Spanish, German, and French channels.



    The kitchen is separate and equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.



    Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. In addition, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
