External Description



Villa Sami is located in the seaside resort of Torre Ovo, along the northern coast of Salento and a 5-minute walk from a sandy beach.

Situated on a natural hill and surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, the property has a private fenced garden and a large covered veranda, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a large table. In the garden you will find some equipped gazebos, where you can relax while sipping a good glass of wine.

Among the outdoor spaces there is also a dining area with a table for 6 people, and a kitchen with two gas burners, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.

Moreover the house boasts a delightful pool (6 x 4 m, depth 1.25 m), open from mid-May to mid-October, and equipped with sun loungers, parasol and outdoor solar shower.

Lastly, guests have access to a private parking for 2 cars and a ping pong table, for the enjoyment of adults and children.



Internal Description



Villa Sami is made up of the main house and a 19th century trullo, can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is set on one single level (ground floor) and is equipped with air conditioning and Internet Wifi. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Small pets are allowed on request.



Main house: The main house consists of a dining room with table and tv, and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Following is the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



Trullo: The trullo, with independent entry, houses a double bedroom with mini fridge, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower. To access the bathroom you have to climb a few steps.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (30.00€ per bed); heating on consumption from October to May. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
