Villa Malù - APT Luisa Pool and lake view

Villa Malù is located in Albisano, a small and picturesque hamlet on the hill above Torri del Benaco.

The villa is located just below the church of Albisano, an enchanted place, immersed in privacy and tranquility that offers a wonderful lake view of the lake and the slopes of Mount Baldo.

The villa, which can be reached via a narrow road that can be traveled by medium-sized cars while large cars have difficulty and will have to find a place in public car parks.

A recent renovation has made it possible to equip it with every comfort to allow you to spend a holiday in total relaxation and it consists of 4 apartments, three of which are for tourist rental while the fourth is used by the owners.

Each unit has a large private terrace overlooking the lake and the village of Torri del Benaco.

The Mara apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room/kitchen; two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

A large garden and a large shared swimming pool complete the property.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks or food or consumables are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00am.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
