All this at 10 meters. from the sand of the beach, a luxury at your fingertips. A quiet place where you can enjoy the sunrises facing the sea .... but you can also enjoy bars, restaurants, pubs, discos, chill-outs, supermarkets, etc.

Wonderful villa

My family and I stayed at Juan Carlos' villa and loved eveything about it! The location is wonderful (oceanfront) and the outdoor space large and welcoming. Juan Carlos was an amazing host - always kindly available to us for any questions. They even had toys for our twin toddlers - an unexpected bonus! The villa feels like home with a wonderful family energy that comes from the owners. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house on the beach

Thank you Juan for the stay at your lovely house! Our family 2 adults and 3 kids enjoyed so much to stay at your house. It was just perfect for us and there was everything we needed. The location on the house is amazing, beach just front of the house and La Mata area has everything you need for family vacation. We had a rental car and were able to explore the surrounding areas, but it was always so nice to come back to "home". Beautiful spotless appartment.

Had lovely stay. Appartment was like home from home. It was so comfortable and lovely to get back to after having days out. The owner was a lovely man and we hope he continues to keep this wonderful home full all year round. It was so nice to walk out of the door and see the wonderful sea and beach in front of you. Perfect relaxing location

Thank you Juan and Maria for your hospitality and the use of your holiday home. We loved every minute, the house had everything we needed to have a relaxed beach holiday, including all the ‘stuff’ for the kids to use. We have spent 9 days walking the beach and eating in the surrounding restsurants. The house is really well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal for a family. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby, while we were there there was also a lovely little carnival in the square with trampolines and a carousel, the perfect way to end the day for any active kid. We will be in touch shortly as we intend to return very soon......

J'ai vraiment apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire , la cuisine ! , il est rare de trouver autant d'accessoires. Pour les chambre et la salle d'eau :,des draps et serviettes de bain en suffisance (rare aussi )dommage que le temps n'était pas au beau fixe cela aurait été parfait

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit schöner Terrasse.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zwei Monate lang genossen. Carlos ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Weil wir mit dem Espressobereiter nicht zurechtkamen, brachte er uns noch eine Kaffeemaschine vorbei. Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten, die wir kaufen mußten, war alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ruth & Hans

Good location

We had A wonderful time in Juans house. IT was just like the description. The house is located close to the beach and nerby restaurants and bars. There is A wounderful outdoor area with a oceanview, it was great to have a BBQ in the outdoor area. Juan is a helpful hoast. We hope We can come back next year!

Good location

Ottima posizione e tutte le comodità

L'annuncio dell'inserzionista rispetta la realtà, forse è addirittura sottostimata dal proprietario, le foto infatti non rendono quanto si trova in realtà. Casa molto spaziosa per 5 persone, pulita, accogliente ed in buono stato. Il proprietario è disponibile per ogni esigenza e ci ha messo a disposizione tutto quello che era presente in casa, compresi sedie ombrelloni e giochi per la spiaggia. In casa abbiamo trovato anche teli mare a nostra disposizione. La località è molto tranquilla, fuori dalla mondanità di Benidorm, ideale per famiglie. Vicino alla proprietà si trovano parecchi ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. Il consiglio comunque è di prendere una macchina a noleggio e visitare i dintorni. In pochi km si trovano supermercati, centri commerciali e piscine Sicuramente mi sento di consigliare questa casa per le vacanze. Ringrazio ancora il proprietario

The best house in La Mata

Najlepsza kwatera w jakiej mieszkaliśmy nad morzem, a jeździmy dużo. Bliskość plaży to niesamowita wygoda, szczególnie, gdy jest się na urlopie z dziećmi. Mieszkanie wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach ( Juan Carlos change photos :). Wyposażone we wszystko, co niezbędne dla rodziny. Prysznic na zewnątrz, dzięki czemu tony piasku znoszone z plaży nie przedostawały się do mieszkania, bardzo duży taras z widokiem na morze. I przede wszystkim baaardzo czyste! Dbaliśmy jak o swoje. Świetny dojazd z lotniska, bliskość sklepów, barów i restauracji po prostu super !!! Juan Carlos Wielkie Dzięki !!!

Toller Urlaub in La Mata

Wunderschöne Wohnung an allerbester Lage. Wir würden diese saubere und sehr schöne Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da. Die Platzverhältnisse waren ideal. Direkt am sauberen Strand. Nur durch eine kaum befahrene Strandpromenade vom Meer getrennt. Besonders schätzten wir die Dusche auf unserer eigenen Veranda (kein Sand in der Wohnung). Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Hausherr. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und nur knapp 10 Geh-Minuten bis ins Zentrum von La Mata. Ideale Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie z.B. Torrevieja (Aquapark, Quadfahren, Reiten), Benidorm (Terra Mittica, las fuentes del algar). Wir können dieses Objekt wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Ferienaufenthalt.
