We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance of the sea and two city beaches. The 62 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room has air conditioning. Both bedrooms have floor-standing air conditioners. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is only 200 meters away, and the Russian grocery store is 250. The sea and two city beaches, Los Locos and Del Cura, are 500 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within a radius of 200 meters. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (pets are prohibited!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! The fine for violation is 200 euros!

Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
