We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay The Villa is very well equipped.Hans is the most amazing host, so helpful and on hand if you need him.Hans picked us up from the airport which was so handy. My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, well looked after, good location and just beautiful. Hans was a fantastic host and very prompt in his communication with us. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Wonderful, Super Residence

Best holiday bungalow we have stayed in. Hans the owner the perfect host. The grounds are just great. Inside everything you would require and everything works. Even better if you have transport. Public transport poor but don't let that put you off.

Very nice property with all the privacy you need including an awesome outdoor kitchen. Kocking is a pleasure. All you needs in the house, is available. Good south sunny position garden. All credits for host Hans, he transfered us from ALC

Great stay

Loved our stay in this property. Yes...the villa itself was quite small, but all we did was sleep in it! The outside space was amazing with an outdoor kitchen area and living area which is what we loved. Hans was so helpful and also did our airport transfers! Property about a 10 minute walk to some bars and a supermarket and about 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach front where you can walk into Torrevieja (about 40 minute stroll from the villa) with plenty of bars along the way! Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Brilliant!

4 of us stayed here recently and we have absolutely zero complaints! House was beautiful, had everything we needed and everything you would have in your own home, the pool was amazing. Hans was also a wonderful host who took us to the airport after our stay for a very fair price. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the sea front, only slight issue was getting a taxi, they’re very unreliable. But overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Paradise in a garden

Wow. This property was absolutely beautiful. The photos really dont do it any justice. The outside living space is huge and beautiful and so clean. Inside is just what you need. Hans was fantastic, he sent us links for days out and restaurants. I will definitely be going back to this villa. Ive only been back 2 days and have already messaged Hans about booking for next year

Perfect holiday location

We had two super relaxing vacation weeks in this great accommodation. We particularly liked the outdoor area with its huge dining area and kitchen as well as the great pool. We were really only in the house to sleep. The owner Hans was also super friendly. He took care of the airport transfer for us and the first cold beer was already waiting for us. (Many thanks again for it). Grocery stores are within walking distance and it is not far to the beach and the old town. The very beautiful beach of La Mata is just under 2.5km away. Here we took the bus. We can only recommend the accommodation and will certainly not have stayed here for the last time.

Great location

Villa was lovely perfect for our family of 4. Had all we needed and plenty space the outside area. Will be look to visit again when the weather is warmer so can use the swimming pool which looked amazing was just to cold for our small children. Although the weather wasnt on our side. We had t.v in english and Hans host got box box lego for children play with which they loved. We still enjoyed walks to the supermarket, beach, resturants, bowling. Everything within 15-20 minute walk. Will consider next time not getting hire car and sorting a private transfer.

Beautiful Villa holiday.

Absolutely loved this villa. Exactly like photos if not better. Pool is gorgeous. Heated by the sun it was like a bath tub even at midnight. Hans was super nice letting us know cleaning was completed early so we could check in. Take a double adapter and a travel mirror as these are useful for bedrooms. Luckily we had both. Bedroom doesn't have dressing table, but everything else. WOW! All the cooking utensils and equipment you could possibly need. TV with all the channels and 100s of films. We had a fab stay! Would recommend!

Great stay

We stayed in Hans’s house for a month and enjoyed every moment. The house is suitable for both short and long term stays. Hans is a very nice and responsive host. We have already decided to come back and we can recommend the house anytime.

evertything was OK. The first day of our stay I had a nasty fall. Vannessa came immediately and accompanied me to the hospital. She stayed there with me till 1 o'clock in the morning. For the rest the house is very nice, Everything you need.

What a beautiful holiday home

The photos of this house do not do it justice, the outdoor space is amazing, the pool is clean and deep. The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything you would need. You are a 10 minutes walk from the market and shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk into Torrevieja. There are bus stops nearby. Haans was great, easy to contact and showed us around the property when we got there. I was just sad we could not book again as it was already booked out!

Lovely holiday, but wouldn’t stay again.

the villa outside space made the holiday but the inside was not clean, ants in the cupboards that I had to clean out and in one of the mattresses, the bath constantly blocks up even though I tried to clean it out almost every day, it felt grubby and we was looking forward to leaving. A deep clean is definitely needed.

Lovely Villa

2 adults, 3yr old and 6 month old. The villa is lovely and the outside area and pool were excellent. Felt safe having the kids there with the pool fence. We didnt hire a car for the week so walked everywhere. The harbour is lovely with bars and shops (took 30 mins to walk there with Stroller and baby carrier!). Loads of TV channels available so nice to sit down and watch a movie after the kids had gone to bed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing week if you really do not want to do much apart from eat, drink and swim in the pool

On a passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite villa avec piscine privé on a tout le confort qu'il faut pour passer de bon vacance en détente, juste pour se garer il y a un voisin qui se permet de se mettre devant la porte du garage et la maison il faut pas se laisser faire et lui dire de déplacer sa voiture sinon tout est nickel je recommande fortement pour une petite famille de 4 personnes c'est parfait
