  • Welcome to my little house in city centre Torremolinos!

    La Casita is perfect for individuals and couples coming on holiday to relax or to work.

    La Casita is located in the centre of Torremolinos, right next to bars, restaurants, shops, fruit stands, pharmacies, a supermarket, and much more.

    The beach is very close by, about a 10- to 15-minute walk. Enjoy thousands of kilometres of yellow sand and blue sea. Relax under the palm trees while reading a book, chatting, or sipping a refreshing drink.

    La Casita features a recently renovated kitchen and brand-new double-paned windows. I love baking, so enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a sweet treat when you arrive. Add ice from the freezer to your coffee or tea to cool it down in the summer.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave with a grill, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a teapot, and even an oven.

    La Casita is a studio-style apartment, with a combined bedroom and living room complete with sheets and pillows for a well-deserved rest while watching TV, listening to the radio, surfing the Internet, reading a book, or doing yoga on the yoga mat.

    There’s a bathroom with a waterfall-style shower, a new washing machine, and a laundry basket. Towels are provided, including a beach towel, as well as soap and shampoo.

Appartamento molto piccolo per lunghi periodi. Va bene per 2 o 3 giorni, ma dopo diventa impegnativo. È ideale per una persona, ma già in due si fa fatica a muoversi. E con le valigie ancora di più. Il letto matrimoniale, se cosi dobbiamo chiamarlo, dovrebbe essere migliorato. Noi siamo stati 13 notti, quindi alla fine eravamo un po stanchi. Altra cosa, i lampioni della strada illuminano la stanza tutta la notte e nonostante ci sono delle tendine, non sono oscuranti. Si fa veramente fatica a riposare. La stanza appartamento ha tutto, quello si. Inoltre la posizione centrica e il parcheggio di Piazza Andalucia sotto sono un plus. Alimentari vicini ovunque. Ristoranti, bar e spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti, ma vale la pena avere questi benefici se la stanza appartamento non soddisfa le aspettative? La proprietaria Tolu è molto presente e la comunicazione è efficace.
