Fantastic location and right next to train station in order to travel to nearby cities. Facilities could be more clean and modern. Had issues with A/C. Otherwise, food/beach/activities were very easily accessible from here.

Everything i needed

Bed was extreamly good, big enough room, aircondition worked well, smart tv 32'' whitch is bigger than usually in this price range. And little fridgerador also 😳

When we arrived. We didn’t know how to access the building, the safe in room had no key as previous person staying took key with them, it didn’t feel safe leaving passport and cards unlocked in the room, the towels looked ancient, we went and bought new ones. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked

Good location in the middle of Torremolinos. Not great to arrive with car since you can't stop outside. The building looked a little dodgy at first but when you get in to the corridors with all the rooms it was renovated and fresh. The room was clean and fine. Only problem was that there was no water in the shower or sink during the night or morning. Seemed like a temporary shut-off, but there was no notice from the staff that it would be switched off. Will not stay again.

The place is not meant to be for resting or sleeping, the rooms beside were full of people partying, very noisy, they were smoking, drinking and there was a strong urine smell. At 1 in the morning we left and walked to another hotel, which meant we paid double as there was nobody we could talk to or complain about the noise levels or conditions. Terrible experience.

Tried multiple times sine one week before arrival to get the acces codes to get in the hotel via email en phone since the form to be filled with our data doesn’t work. Contacted Expedia to find a solution, property was not reachable as well for Expedia!. No answer until the day before causing lots of stress and frustration, therefore booked another hotel in the meantime. Until now i have still no feedback from the property. Deffo a bad experience.

No staff on site, and no one answers the provided email address when (not if) there's a problem. If you stay here, make sure you have a SIM card that can make local calls, that's the only way to contact them. The entryway was regularly full of people with luggage seemingly unable to get into their rooms. The room was run down and cramped and when we finally got towels they smelled like they'd been washed lightly on "eco" mode - ie, smelled used and unhygienic. The location, however, is unbeatable.

Room had not been cleaned upon arrival, and no answer on the emergency phone line nor by Whatsapp. I had to request Expedia customer service to assist in order to get the room cleaned. This was not my first stay there, but based on the lack of responsiveness to reach someone at the property, I would not recommend as in case something critical happens you are on your own.

Het was meer dan prima, goede airco aanwezig, makkelijk inchecken. Alleen een nadeel vind ik dat ze NIET elke dag de kamer schoonmaken, al is het schoonmaken op zich niet heel erg alleen voor de schone handdoeken moet iets op verzonnen worden. Voor de rest niks te klagen.

Cero contacto humano. El check in se hace online y la llave te la dejan en un cajetín. Las habitaciones son anticuadas, están desvencijadas, las ventanas no cierran del todo y la zona es ruidosa. El hotel está en buen sitio pero nada más.
