New and cosy apartment in a great downtown area of Torremolinos, located in the popular neighbourhood of La Carihuela, only 500m from the beach .

The completely renovated and bright modern furnished apartment boasts an open-plan reception (including a sofa bed in the living area), dining area and a fully fitted kitchen, a master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, a second double bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom, an utility area, electric heating and comfort cooling.

The property is situated in a private quiet urbanization and all residents can enjoy access to the communal swimming pool during the opening times. It is also close to all local amenities like to Aqualand water park, Cocodrile's Park, La Bateria park.

Torremolinos is also a very well-known destination to play golf. In total, there are 23 clubs in the proximity, La Cala Resort, Santa Maria Golf & Country Club and Alhaurín Golf Resort are just some of the most recognised courses.
