    Just 100 metres from La Carihuela beach, right by Torremolinos' seafront promenade, this 42 m² ground-floor apartment is the perfect base for a sun-and-sea holiday: cross the street and you are on the sand in 2 minutes.

    The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a lounge-dining room with Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, and air conditioning with heating in the main bedroom and living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian-style coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule machine, plus a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided, with extra blankets and a duvet in winter. WiFi is free and fast (283 Mbps).

    One extra that makes a real difference: a free private parking space in the building itself, a rare find in this area. Being on the ground floor, you come and go with no lifts or stairs.

    Everything is within easy reach: a supermarket 50 metres away, restaurants and beach bars at 150 metres, a pharmacy at 100 metres and a bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Benalmádena's Puerto Marina is a 1.4 km stroll along the coast, and the centre of Torremolinos is about 1.9 km away. From Málaga Airport (9 km) it is around 20 minutes by car, or take the C1 train to Montemar Alto.
