Fabulous 2 bed 2 bath villa with private garden and heated swimming pool!

Comes fully equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, , central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):

- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. This was a great location for a long weekend.

This property is great for a family of 34. The villa is very nicely decorated and furnished. The pool area is very private and south facing. Outdoor furniture very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. This was a great location for a long weekend. A hire car is a good idea if you want to explore the area.

The house was great, it had all the amenities, the service was great and they were always attentive. 100% recommended
