"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza.
