RIVELIAN Grand Menorca

"We had a genuinely lovely stay at The Rivelian. The rooms are spectacular, the pool and peaceful surroundings are wonderful, and the four-minute walk to the cove is perfect. Breakfast is also absolutely out of this world. But what really stood out was the team. As a new hotel, there were understandably some teething issues, and what impressed us most was how calm, warm and solution-focused the staff remained while dealing with them. They worked incredibly hard to make sure guests still felt looked after, and in our case they absolutely succeeded. José was lovely, Simon was so friendly and welcoming, and Mario was amazing, such a gentleman. A huge thank you to Dorys, the manager, who did everything she could to resolve our issues and made sure we still left feeling positive about our stay. Diego deserves a very special mention. He went above and beyond repeatedly, was endlessly helpful, patient and kind, and honestly did so much to make our stay enjoyable. In the restaurant, Saila was amazing and Joanna, the restaurant manager, was brilliant. Warm, professional and genuinely lovely. There are things still to iron out, but the staff are a huge asset to this hotel and made all the difference to our experience. We wish the whole team every success and would genuinely love to return."

"The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didn’t disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great 😌 Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit"

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bahia in May 2026. I really enjoyed the character of the hotel, particularly knowing that it is family-owned and was the first hotel ever built in Menorca. It gives the hotel a lovely sense of history and charm. They even gave me a lovely little keyring featuring the traditional Menorcan sandals, which was such a thoughtful touch and a nice keepsake from my stay. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get to and from Ciutadella, with great transport links nearby. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and were definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also felt very safe as I was travelling alone. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely throughout my visit very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff really do go above and beyond for you. I particularly enjoyed the dinner options, which were lovely and offered a good selection. I felt that the breakfast options could have had a little more variety, though. The room amenities were also a little limited; I had to borrow an iron, and there wasn’t a kettle in the room, which would have been a nice addition. I would say that Hotel Bahia isn’t a luxury hotel, so it’s important to set your expectations accordingly. However, once I appreciated the hotel for what it is a family-run hotel with history, character, beautiful views and a great location, I was able to enjoy it more."

"I had a brilliant very last minute stay at the Gran Sagitario after needing to stay in Menorca unexpectedly. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the food and facilities are excellent. But most of all I want to say thank you to the staff who were so helpful and kind during my stay. I would definitely come back"
