Self catering Casita de montaña con piscina for 4 people

8/10 Good
"De accommodatie is wat ouder waardoor er wat mankementen zijn. Deze werden opgelost. Wel jammer dat de eigenaar diverse malen "over de vloer " kwam. Communicatie ging soepel. Neem wel je handdoeken mee voor het zwembad, deze zijn niet aanwezig. De eigenaar spreekt Engels maar de andere personen niet. Rustige omgeving."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Torre Del Rico?
The best area to stay in Torre Del Rico is generally within the village centre itself, or in one of the well-appointed villas just outside its main streets.

The village centre of Torre Del Rico is small and offers a concentrated experience. You'll find the main square, Plaza Mayor, which is the heart of local life, often with a few local eateries and a small shop. The parish church, Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, is a top landmark. The streets are narrow and traditional, superb for a relaxed stroll.

Couples looking for a quiet, authentic Spanish experience will appreciate the village centre. It's ideal for enjoying local life, perhaps a leisurely meal, and experiencing the relaxed pace of a traditional Murcian village. It's a place to unwind and enjoy each other's company without the hustle and bustle of larger towns.

For families, staying in one of the larger villas just on the outskirts of the village provides more space and privacy. These properties often come with private swimming pools and gardens, offering a wonderful base for children to play and for adults to relax.
When is the best time to go to Torre Del Rico?
The best time to go to Torre Del Rico is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are smaller.

During these months, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 20°C to 28°C, which are great for exploring the local area and enjoying outdoor activities without the intense heat of summer. Spring brings blooming wildflowers to the surrounding countryside, while autumn offers a golden landscape and the chance to experience local harvest festivals.

For those looking to enjoy the sun and sea, the summer months of July and August offer consistently hot and sunny weather, with temperatures often exceeding 30°C. While this is peak tourist season, Torre Del Rico, being a more rural and tranquil destination, doesn't experience the same level of crowds as coastal resorts. This period is ideal for families wanting to make the most of the nearby beaches and pools.
