"Absolutely gorgeous property! Secluded, serene, and just a lovely atmosphere. Great sunsets overlooking the olive grove and sunrises over the mountains, a very romantic place. Be aware that the toilets are on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the second floor, in case anyone in your travel party has issues with stairs or using the restrooms at night. The house was also sparsely supplied (i.e. be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, soap, etc.). "

"We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Tussen de kersenbomen met rijpe kersen waarvan we mochten eten. Verkoeling van de walnotenbomen op het terras en het zwembad was heel aangenaam. Juan, de eigenaar, is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en vooral ook vrolijk. Hij geeft graag tips wat je kunt doen en waar je lekker kunt eten.De vogels rondom het huis maken je geluk compleet; vooral de Wielewalen hebben ons verrast. Constance."

"Nous sommes deux couples d'amis avec enfants et avons séjourné déjà trois fois, au mois d'août, à cette Villa. C'est une très belle maison de style andalou située en pleine nature (il faut absolument être motorisé) à quelques kilomètres du charmant village de Torres. La maison est grande, très propre, parfaitement équipée et dispose d'un grand jardin avec une magnifique piscine, ainsi que d'une vaste terrasse la surplombant où nous avons passé une grande partie de nos journées. It has terraces all over the property, so you are never in need to find a place with shade or sun if you need. Fully equipped kitchen and functional kitchen. Noisy Night in Jaen

"I picked the Pension because it was close to the town center. Check in was ok—I was there at 1230 and check in wasn’t until 1430. Fair dues, the owner gave me my room right away. The premises and the room seemed tired, worn out, and a bit grubby. Light in the passageway was an issue at night. In the bathroom there was a sulphorous odor. If you kept the bathroom door closed it didn’t get into the bedroom. The shower is small, and it was a bit like having a fight with yourself in a telephone booth. Pretty standard for Europe though. There was a thin sheet between me and the mattress which didn’t fill me with confidence. The biggest issue of all though was the noise. There was some sort of party going till 0400! Very loud. And whoever was next to my room could be heard clanging, bumping, thumping and talking. As I wrote earlier—I chose location over every else. So, I have only myself to blame. Finally, it seemed very expensive for what I got. But it is right in the middle of town. "
