"The place is in a great location. we had to share an ironing board and iron. there was no mirror in the room. The bathroom smelled like sewer we had to keep the door closed. the bathroom door lock did not work. Couldn't prepare coffee in room had to go out in the hall. It was ok, but for the price I paid I was honestly expecting a lot more."

"Stayed for 5 nights. Location is great, but rooms are very small. Also many rooms have windows with the inside view of the hotel, these rooms receive hardly any natural light. Not recommended for people feel claustrophobia. Breakfast was also very ordinary. Staff was great, room service was awesome, top notch cleanliness."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"We are a family of five from the U.S. We stayed in the family room which is really two adjoined rooms. It was perfect for us. One room has a queen bed and a twin bed, the other room has a king bed and a twin bed. Our two older children slept in one room while me, my wife, and our youngest slept in the other. The lights were a little confusing but we got it down after one night. We stayed two days and would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling from the U.S. with a similar family size as ours."

We had a complicated lastminute change in plans that they handled as though it were nothing. And really, who doesn’t want to stay in a palace? "
