"Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season. "

"Everything about this hotel was great, from the location on the beach with great views and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The rooms were nice and always clean, breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff were always so helpful. "

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."

"The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a holiday that is relaxing after visiting Rome and all its tourists! Thank you as we will be backCiao Sherry"
