"Our second stay here. We like this hotel, the decor, the rooms, bed and bar/breakfast area. Breakfast has a fairly good choice. Drinks are reasonably priced. The only slight negative is the free "cocktail" you don't get to choose a cocktail from the cocktail menu! You are given a "house cocktail" in a water glass that does not taste of much, it's hardly worth the bother. It would be better to be given a discount from the cocktails on the menu. After attending a concert next door in the Plymouth Arena when we got back to the hotel and tried to buy cocktails we were told that they were only doing 'long' cocktails. "

"Second time staying here staff were lovely they honestly are so lovely special mention to the staff in the restaurant they really are fabulous! Now on to the niggly bits room wasn’t great there was bits of popcorn on the floor when we went in,I cleaned it up myself Suite was very cold 305 even with heating on,requested an extra blanket and they brought one up quickly Traffic noise was very loud throughout the night windows are not the greatest "

"Pleasantly warm room although the floor was quite squeaky in places. Window was single glazed and my room was facing the room so there was a bit of road noise. There was only one power socket that I could see and it was at the kettle. Bathroom was fine although the shower screen also squeaked. Decor was dated but the bed was comfortable. It was good that there was a pool. It was 10m but that’s okay to get a few lengths done. I used the sauna too but didn’t use the gym equipment. For someone on a budget this hotel is adequate enough. "

"We had a lovely stay in this property in early March. Fantastic central location (as long as you can do steps) and lovely view. Very clean and well presented. Warm and cosy for 2 and ideal for a weekend break. "

"The Spa was superb - one of the best we’ve ever used. The distance between the car park and property was ok but for some people it may be a struggle depending on how much luggage they have + whether their apartment is on an upper floor ( no lifts )."
