The Omni King Edward Hotel
The staff was outstanding. Had an issue checking in that was in no way related to the hotel, however, they comped me a drink to alleviate the frustration. The staff in both restaurants were also outstanding

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Check in was a bit disconnected however once we finally got our room, we had an enjoyable stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were clean, spacious, and nice, with excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
