"It looks like this property was recently renovated as the room we stayed in was fairly clean and a bit bigger than usual King room. I have to say that the washroom was spotless including the shower. I love that the room doesn’t have carpet but hardwood floor instead. The staff is courteous and friendly. I love the fact that parking is free. They have free breakfast but with limited choices. "

"Really nice little hotel for a weekend trip to the city for my daughter and I. I have to call out whoever was working the front desk on our last day, because we had been travelling around by Uber and had planned on the same to get back to the airport. We didn’t realise the Toronto Marathon was happening that morning and the main road to get to our hotel was closed and we tried several Uber drivers and a taxi and nobody could actually get to us, and I had no idea how to use Toronto public transit. I was worried as we were losing time and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, there was a gentleman that helped us figure out how to use the tram, waited with us until we got on and made sure we knew what to do when we got to union station. The tram was very delayed as well and he stayed with us the whole time to make sure we were okay. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were up on the sixth floor which was a little warm in the hallways, but the room was nice and clean and the hallways were quiet. Nice little coffee shop in the lobby as well and walking distance to a lot of attractions. I would recommend! "
