The staff was the best ever - great spot so grateful

Loved the old world feel with the modern conveniences. Also loved the location as it was within a 15-20 minute walk of everything we wanted to visit. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. We only ate there once as the good choices were not good and the good overall was not very tasty. But, since we wanted a full vacation we continence, there were other food places we wanted to try, and the location had numerous restaurants we could choose from, so the hotel restaurant was not a big factor in my rating. I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Atlantico again.

Stayed two days, Everything was great. Much better than in a previous trip. Lucrezia, the Italian lady in reception is a Star. Unusual to have someone so knowledgeable, well spoken, and cultured at Check in. She should run public relations for the Hotel. Ricardo

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.

Great friendly staff. Social Hub concept is amazing!
