"The room, breakfast area, and main floor bathrooms were super clean. The breakfast had some of the best selection, best fresh fruit, and coffee we have had in the last 6 hotels in Romania and Hungary. Service at the desk and at breakfast washrooms excellent. The water refill in the breakfast area was wonderful as we opted for fizzy ice cold water. The location is perfect to see all of the important sites within walking distance. Beer at the bar was expensive, but they had a promo on to soften the blow. The front desk was very informative, and accommodating, as we had to store bags for a few hours. Our room had a lovely balcony to the garden area that we had cocktails on. This hotel is a winner."

"The rooftop pool was a lovely treat to wake us up after travelling. Huge sauna and not busy so easy to relax. Breakfast had lots of choice from fresh fruit, yummy pastries and made to order omelette. No complaints from me and I'm a fussy eater. We had an issue with our safety deposit box, within minutes of asking for help the maintenance guy was at the door and had it sorted. Very good service overall and a beautiful hotel."
