"Clean room, needed extra items such as cups, tp, tissue, called and brought right away. Called for valet and didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle to be brought around."

"Older place with worn furniture. One bed was saggy in the middle and both made unusual noise when getting in and out. Wallpaper behind toilet was coming off to to mold under it. Toilet was way to low to the ground snd small. Very disappointed in the cold breakfast as the info on hotels.com stated “rated best breakfast “ nothing healthy except a 4 apples and one orange."

"The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!"

"The restaurant selection was poor. The main restaurant was very expensive and the quality did not match the price. We ate at this restaurant on Friday night! The bar in the main lobby was not staffed! The club lounge/bar downstairs was packed all the time. The did not have adequate staff to serve the many people trying to eat, and we were just ignored! I was able to snag a drink at the bar and take it upstairs to the lobby area since that bar was closed. However, we tried multiple times to get food and couldn’t! We ended up driving to a chic fil a for supper on Saturday night! "

"I had just a standard room had microwave and fridge no cooking I saw other guests with dogs there’s room to walk them staff were all awesome"

"Room was clean bathroom faucet was leaking so water and something all over counter.staff was great breakfast room so small you couldn't get 5 people in it. I left a night early dogs barking in rooms. Neighbor room up at 5am talking and laughing like it was 2pm. They were very rude ."

"Very clean room, great view of the river. Parking is right in front of your room. It’s very old but for one night you can’t beat the price. Bed and pillows were very comfy."

"The couch & rocker was covered in dog hair. Carpet & linoleum desperate need of being replaced. Both beds , sheets & blankets dog hair . One bed sheet previous attendants hair on sheets. Place needed a deep cleaning. We paid for two nights in advance. Unfortunately it was too late to go somewhere else & stay. I’m extremely allergic to dog hair & dander. Felt like needles poking you on the bed. I went into a severe asthma attack. I emailed, messaged & called the one from Expedia who has that rental. He claimed he has never had any complaints before!!! And didn’t bother to refund money at all!! He wasn’t courteous!! Cabin wasn’t in a good location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! "
