    It's very quiet and serene. There are wild donkey's roaming the area. The place is comfortable.
    950 sq ft double wide manufactured home W 2 bedrooms and a den that has bunk beds. The lot is 8,712 sq. Ft.. 5 miles to Colorado River boat launch. We have Internet, wifi, and internet TV that uses Roku.
