"Service at check in was quick & easy and friendly staff. Room itself was clean and tidy. The front door only locked from the outside with a simple chain from the inside and a few things were broken, like the handle on the desk drawer, bottom towel rail in bathroom came off and was not secured properly and the shower head when removed from the holder fell apart from the hose. It was also a little noisy with cars parked so close to the front door of each room and the window in the bathroom could...

"We went down to Toowoomba for a family holiday and stayed at the highlander hotel the staff were lovely. They always had a smile always keen to help you if you needed it very friendly to talk too. The room was amazing very clean and tidy perfect size for a couple or a small family. The patio was private and out of view of the street which was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to book in early. Although an old motel, it was very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Our request for a ground floor room was provided. The motel is close to excellent restaurants and beautiful Queens Park. Breakfast available in the Dining Room or a continental breakfast tray is provided in the room. Our only complaint was the TV reception."

"So quiet for a place right near the road to Brisbane, I could barely hear any traffic. It’s walking distance to a convenience store with, a couple of nice restaurants and (a bit farther) a shopping centre. The room is comfy and very well-maintained - it feels well-loved. All the staff were friendly and helpful. "
