Great spot in Toowoomba close to shops. Paid parking however large parking area across from hotel is free and mostly empty on weekend.

Lovely Rooms but overpriced

Lovely rooms and great staff. A little overpriced with no housekeeping unless you buy a certain package. Very loud on one side of the building as there is a bar downstairs. I had to move rooms.

Room wasn't ready even after check in, got to room and it wasn't made up. Interconnecting door was left unlocked and another family walked into our room and gave us quite the fright. No disable parking spaces so be aware if you're travelling with a wheelchair
