I have been staying here quite often lately but I do find it a bit noisy especially early morning Rooms walls seem to transfer noise between them so get woken up often Bed is comfortable

All staff interactions from reception in the evening and morning, room service and cleaning staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair for accommodation and room service. I would stay there again next time needing to stay over in Toowoomba. I travel a lot for my job so I feel I am very qualified to rate motel rooms and I give this nightcap a 9/10.

I paid for a family room you took out a bunk and never bought it back because there was no matress ,no microwave. Bed was comfortable, nice clean sheets and room

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Easy check in and check out process. Only weird thing was the wardrobes were padlocked closed so we had nowhere to hang our clothes. As we arrived after the reception office had closed and were only staying one night we didn’t follow it up with anyone.

The room was really lovely, clean and spacious. Dining at the hotel was easy and a great meal. Unfortunately the mattress was too soft and had no support. Both myself and my husband had a very uncomfortable night with barely any sleep. Not good when you have to travel the next day.
