"Loved the stay, home is comfortable, close to Hervey Bay….20mins and the beach is less than 100m from the back yard. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Place needs fumigating and cupboards need to be cleaned out as cockroach dropping were everywhere"

"Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges ..."
