  • Cabin - 2 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom with large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice evening dinner after a day on the water, hunting or being out on trail rides. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Roosevelt Lake, one of Arizona's premier recreational areas. This two bedrooms one bathroom retreat has plenty of room for a family, or a great getaway for a couple. It has a spacious patio with cover and grill for cooking up a nice meal. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer located in an enclosed area just outside. This property is just under a half-acre and has ample parking to accommodate visitors and your toys and is fenced in.

Cozy Lake House

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time! Tons of trails for sxs riding right from the property. The house is adorable, clean and comfortable and the fully fenced property was perfect for our fur babies! We will definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay at Lake Roosevelt. The house was perfect, very clean, lots of games and puzzles. A huge porch, perfect for sitting outside after dinner and watching the monsoons roll in. And Christa is the best host! It really was the best summer

Close to Nature

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great House and Location

Had a long stay at this VRBO and would enjoy a repeat in the future. Everything in the home was comfortable to include it being pet friendly. Location was great, close to the lake where I took my kayak and/or just sat on the beach and enjoyed the mountainous views. People I met were super friendly. There were a couple of issues that surfaced at the house and the response by the host was super fast. I even had a vehicle issue and they were immediate in helping guide how to move forward with that. Great stay!

I highly recommend staying here!

We go fishing pretty regularly at Roosevelt Lake. I’ve rented several houses in the Tonto Basin/Roosevelt Lake are and this house is by far, the best one I’ve found! I’d recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake. The location is perfect. We were 3 miles from restaurants/bars, 3 miles from a boat ramp to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for many enjoyable meals. We had several nights of good fires in the firepit. We’ll definitely be going back, hopefully sooner than later. Overall, the trip was fantastic and the house was very nice, well appointed, great amenities, clean, AND great communication with the owner.

Lake cabin

The cabin is adorable, clean and very welcoming. Everything you need is there, plenty of yard space for the boat and the launch ramp is just up the road. You will not be disappointed.
