"幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。 ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。 あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。 部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。 体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。"

"The property was central and close to many great eateries. The key pick-up at Royal Park Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Whilst only 2 of us stayed, there was ample room for more in this compact apartment. We really enjoyed our stay."

"室内からも海、朝日が見え景色がとても最高！周りも建物が少なく静かでよい。 外見は塩害等でサビ汚れ有るが、室内は基本キレイに清掃されていた。 周りに自然が多いので小さい虫（アリ、カナブン？）などの侵入が少しあった。 洗濯機が外置きで周りが汚れており使う気になれず、、。これが改善されれば長期滞在でもリピートしたいくらい好きな環境。"

"市街地からちょっと離れており、コンビニが近くにはありませんので、行き来には車があった方が良いと思います。 また田んぼに囲まれている施設なので夏場などどうしても虫が多く、虫の嫌いな人にはお勧めできません。 それでも昭和の団地を思い起こさせる施設の内部は非常に清潔で掃除が行き届いており、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、レンジなどは新しく、タオルや食器などの備品も豊富に揃っています。とても良い施設でした。 機会があればまた利用させて頂こうと思っています。"
