Tongmen Bridge Tours and Activities

Good hotel near TaiNEX. There is a 7-eleven nextdoor and good food options across the street. The included breakfast buffet was decent though I would have eaten elsewhere if I had to pay extra for it.

Room was clean and comfy. Pool excellent. Spa good. The only negative thing is the language problem. The staff speaks English but not so well and there were some communication problems...

This was supposed to be a good quality hotel. But as soon as you get to your floor you can tell it was not. The hall carpet is layered on top of old carpet and looks very bad. They did bot come around to clean the rooms until after 7:00pm. We told the staff in the restaurant 4 days in a row that the apple juice tasted like water with a slight taste of apple juice. They refused to fix it. The breakfast that we paid extra for was not good. The staff appeared very unhappy with their job. We were supposed to have a couch in our room, instead we had one uncomfortable chair. I will not go back to this hotel.
