"Perfect home base for exploring the Republic/Curlew/Sherman Pass region. Private and peaceful with convenient access to the lake and close enough to Republic to get supplies. I recommend taking the path to the high point on the property, there are lots of wildflowers and amazing views with some large ponderosa pines and Douglas firs. The interior was interesting, comfortable, modern and clean."

"We booked 2 nights for our wedding. It was incredible! The home, the scenery! There were canadian geese in the fields and bald eagles in the trees. So beautiful! Our hosts were so accommodating for us! Everything was perfect! My only complaint is we didnt stay longer"

"The cabin is located on a mountain side with spectacular views. But be aware that the drive up is very steep dirt road. We needed 4wd to make it up pulling our bass boat. There was plenty of room to park once we got up there. The driveway was circular so no backing up was required. Cabin was comfortable with everything we needed. Nice newer fridge, microwave and gas stove. The yard was fenced to keep out wildlife and safe for our dogs. The owners met us there and were very friendly and helpful...

"My teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights for his14th birthday, bc he loves to fish. It did not disappoint! The location was spectacularly gorgeous.
