"Plenty of room for our family and it was a great location for seeing much of Seville’s sites."

"While the customer service was superb, the room itself was disappointing. It smelled musty, especially in the bathroom which had water damage on the wall, the shower was very dark, one of the two windows opened into the lobby (so was pretty useless for sunlight and fresh air) and lastly there was so cell phone service OR wifi (wifi is provided in the room but never worked). "

"Very good location and lovely accommodations. Slight issues were the limited amount of hot water for showers - during some of the hottest weather and the small clothes drying rack. An improvement would be to have a bigger drying rack or 2-3 drying racks. The host was very accommodating when we had ‘checked out’ with the keys inside and then realized a cell phone had been left behind. The host made a great effort to get someone there to open the door for the phone to be retrieved. Many thanks! "
