Snacks were provided in our room, the food at the restaurant was superb, and—most importantly—they assisted us with a wheelchair for my wife, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. "After not such so good start when management did not return my message requesting check in instructions, I managed to contact a helpful young man who met me at the premises and showed me our room. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony. The property has been beautifully renovated and our room was modern and stylish with a lovely comfortable bed. The balcony was beautifully traditional, with gorgeous views looking over the roof tops towards the Praca and the Convento de Cristo which was illuminated after dark. We would definitely stay here again if in the vicinity."
