Good location and a 5 minute walk to the Ace Family Quad lift via a shortcut path and a 10 minute uphill walk to the Ace Gondola via the Hirafu-Zaka Street. The room we got was located in the basement and require some 15-20 odd stairs down. Luckily, there was a hotel van that took us from the airport bus drop off location to the hotel and the guide helped us with one of the luggage. We still had to move the other luggages down the stairs. Can be a deal breaker if you don't want to carry heavy luggages down and up (upon leaving) the stairs. Room is clean and bathroom is decent sized. Nothing to complain exept for the stairs. Had we gotten any of the ground floor rooms, then I have no complain.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, luxurious and spotless. Food at breakfast and lounge access were delicious. Spa on the top floor was very good although crowded in the evening. Loved our stay!

Very comfortable and spacious hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. It’s right next to JR Sapporo Station and two large shopping malls, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Susukino is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it’s easy to enjoy the lively nightlife as well. We truly loved our stay and would happily return.
