"The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope . I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again. "The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Only negative during my short stay was the bad gassy smell I woke up to. The city smells bad in the morning. Not the hotel's fault at all."
