"The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. ..."

"If you book this hotel you must know that reception it’s on the fourth floor when you arrive; what I didn’t like is that in the restaurant the personnel do not speak English, they should have more personnel that speaks English, nice views to the city and the personal was helpful"
