Watch out - scam alert!

The Bridgeport was closed. They took my reservation a month ago and they weren’t even open. So this weekend as I was on my way there I got a phone call saying they were closed and moving my reservation to a comparable room across the street at the Baymont. It was a dump, no pool, no breakfast, no coffee, dirty, scetchy people hanging around and the same price as the nice hotel I booked. Other people at the convention I was at had a similar experience. The day before my stay, I was called and told that they had to move my reservation to another property. When I checked into Baymont by Wyndham, I was told that they had my reservation but no record of payment. I'm still waiting to see if BridgePointe billed me on my credit card. I was told by Baymont that BridgePointe was closed down by the city. Baymont was a complete dump. Some of the issues: no coffee in room or breakfast, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, no drinking cups, broken toilet seat cover, short circuit on the heater, no blanket (only a sheet and sheetlike spread). I did not even use the shower! The entire property was dirty, outdated, and the outside was run down.

Never stayed pullec in and saw 3 police cars and two ambulances at property. Advised by a member of the first responders to move on. They visit the property a few days every week

Spacious room but very noisy and the pool was closed with no warning. Picked this hotel because it said the pool was open, got there and the sign on the road said the pool was open. Once inside, then there were signs posted that said the pool was closed. Disappointing

There was hair in our tub , empty beer can in out ice bucket , no ice machine , people pulling tricks in the same hall as we were staying with our children alot of broken things , loud music from guests all night , pool closed not from covid but because no water , bedding was stained and burn holes

The place looked like a hellhole! It was nasty and dirty...ONE housekeeper was outstanding though, she tried her very best to make sure cleanliness was her top priority. Guests were SMOKING in the rooms, hallways and lobby; even smelled pot! Dogs were in rooms too - woke me in middle of night from barking. If you can stay somewhere else, DO!

The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and kind. The downside was that the blankets had stains on them, cabinet doors were off the hinges, cops showed up in the middle of the night to deal with issues in the hotel, prostitutes hanging around the building and a foul odor throughout the entire building. Would not recommend anybody coming here unless you want to score a bag of crack or get you some good time from one of the ladies hanging around the building

This was a very unsanitary & unsafe experience. The hotel and room was so dirty we had to leave. We have still not been refunded. The non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The inside & outside of the hotel wreaked of marijuana. People inside and outside hotel doors partying & doing shady deals. Children running around with no shoes, no shirts, toy guns and no supervision. The room had burn holes all over (comforters, mattress, floor, end tables, etc). The sheets were stained, carpet was sticky, food left on floor, carpet ripped, trash left in bathroom, blinds broken, screens broken, etc. This property should

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The electric outlets didn’t work so you couldn’t use the fridge, microwave or charger your phone, the furniture had big rips in it, the bathroom counter was falling apart and hanging, The mattress had this big nasty stain and the blankets had cigarette burns. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Upon arrival police where escorting many people out of the building. The floors where filthy the rooms looks like they hadn't been cleaned stains on blankets all the drawers in the room where broken missing items. We ended up getting our money back for all three rooms we had reserved. The hotel staff was understanding and polite.

Was very dirty. A lot of people were there on weekly rates, their apts. if you want to say. No hot breakfast, pool, jacuzzi as they advertise. No coffee in the lobby. Elevators were terrible, felt like they were going to stop working. Kids running all over outside going through windows where screens were off. Drapes were hanging. Bed spread was filthy. Do not go here. Was really disgusting! :-(

Worst hotel

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at the pool was closed they had three different Wi-Fi services and none of them worked the police were there four times it was fighting and arguing in the room next-door shooting in the parking lot the bathroom towels had blood stains on them the white pillowcases had black stains on them the shower curtain was not clean and there was mold in the refrigerator when I complained they told me I was welcome to go somewhere else but they would not give me a refund the hallways were filthy and there was a dog running around the lobby
