Dreaded experience, will not return!

Check-in process was pretty seamless, but the cleanliness of the property looks nothing like what was listed… upon arrival we soon noticed the outside of the property was significantly dirty and unkept. Upon entering the unit we noticed the carpet was filthy, couch covers were stained, doors had holes in them. Deodorant bottle in front entrance window, fly infestation we killed about 15 and there were still flies in the house..The bathroom had a used wash cloth in the bathtub, what appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain, hangers and tags laying on bathroom shelf. Talked to the host and he told me “that he doesn’t see anything that bad” asked for a refund and host refused even after seeing pictures evidence.

Just what we needed

I had family in town for a funeral and needed extra space. This house was perfect for the short stay. Besides the house not ready at check in, everything else was good.

Toledo Home Rental - Ottawa

The location was perfect for our needs. Very thoughtful to have coffee and snacks available. The unit had a great charging station for devices, YouTube TV with wifi and was well appointed. This may sound funny but the toilet paper supplied was of good quality versus cheap paper product. Overall, a great place and communication was top notch.

Nice stay except.....

Property was clean, beds where comfortable. Stocked well with supplies. Had problem with AC. Called host to report it was not cooling off, said he'd have someone out in am. Was not fixed and would have appreciated a call telling us that. Thank goodness it cooled off and we were able to open the windows.
