El hotel se encuentra justo al lado de la estación del tren y parada de taxis y de buses turísticos. Con mucho parking alrededor. Para llegar al centro histórico hay que caminar un poco. Está ambientado con motivos castellanos, arcones, armaduras, etc...

One night in Toledo

This hotel is right across the street from the train station. Front desk staff was helpful. We arrived early before our room was available so they checked our luggage for us. No frills at this hotel. There was a small restaurant area but it wasn’t open when we arrived. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to rest. The bed was a little hard and the television was very small. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. I’d stay here again if I’m in Toledo for a night.

Room was perhaps reasonable if it was 50 euro for one night, but it was 135 euro! The room was tiled floor with wooden door which make noise. There were no refrigerator, no cups, no bath tub, even no bottle of water. Air conditioning did not worked. Wifi access was very weak and cannot load web.There was no shops and restaurants near the hotel except Chinese restaurant in front of Toledo station where large groups (50 or more) of Chinese travelers come and go every 30 mins. The hotel staffs are not bad. But I am sure I never come back.

My room was in the 2nd floor facing the main street opposite a bus station. I asked for a quiet room at the reception I checked in, but my request was not entertained even in the quiet season. I asked for a kettle for boiling water but I was given no assistance in this regard. The room was tidy and clean. However, the shower room was tight and there was no extraction fan in the bathroom. I was not reminded by the reception that the cafeteria did not serve lunch when I went out in the morning. In general, the standard of the hotel could have been lifted up without much extra efforts.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, acogedor y está a menos de 10 minutos caminando hasta las escaleras mecánicas que suben al casco antiguo. Además cruzando la calle hay un estacionamiento público gratuito. Me encsntó!!!

Habitacion muy normalita. Hall del Hotel normal. Ubicacion, frente a la estacion de trenes, aunque si bien es cierto no se oyeron por la noche, bien porque no se oia o bien porque no pasaban. Aparcamiento IMPOSIBLE , el parking del hotel si tienes un coche con el que puedes hacer un tetris, bien, sino mal vas, mucha columna y excesivamente pequeño. El precio de la habitacion me parecio excesivo. El personal de recepcion muy amable y profesional

Toledo te enamora y este hotel te conquista

Nos ha encantado este hotel, en la calle pegaba bien el frío pero dentro ni nos enteramos con la calefacción. El agua de la ducha... Mmmmmm hirviendo una gozada. La cama para nuestro gusto perfecta, la limpieza también y el trato insuperable. Y el entorno inmejorable. Volveremos.

Beautiful hotel only minutes from escalators

The hotel is beautiful in a heritage buildiing. It's only a 5 minute walk from the escalators that take you directly to the center of town. And there's a large free parking lot nearby so especially convenient if you arrive by car.

Great hotel if you are driving & stay in Toledo

We decided to stay in a hotel that offered parking and was right off the mean road. This made it very easy to get to the hotel and we didn't have to deal with the limited road access of staying in the main part of Toledo (up on the mountain). The reception staff was very nice and helpful - recommending things to see along with restaurants and bars. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the escalator. The hotel is also across from the train station, if you are coming in by train. Although the Princesa Galiana is not fancy it does have a quaintness about it. I would stay at the Princesa Galiana on my next trip to Toledo.

Buen hotel

Buen hotel, bien ubicado y limpio. La cama amplia y cómoda y en general todo en buen estado. La única pega el desayuno un poco justo, pero todo lo demás siendo un 3 estrellas a buen precio me parece correcto y recomendable.
