FRUAD. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We arrived only to find out that this hotel was no longer a Red Roof Inn and had changed names TWO days before our arrival. Disgusting place, we did not stay.
Total dump. I prebooked on Hotels.com and prepaid for a room with two queen beds. Clerk told me she didn’t have a room for me and switched me to a single bed handicappped room. It had been smoked in and was just dirty.
Full of

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room wreaked of cigarette smoke with the odor getting into to my clothes and food. Aerosol spray didn’t help much with the cigarette smoke. It was clean but the bed cover had cigarette burns.
The hotel is dirty. Yhe non smoking rooms have been smoked in. It is a drug and prostitution site. It is unsafe and i will never recommend or stay there again.
Drug invested hotel. All night long people were knocking on room next door and leaving moments later. This was second room I got put into first room wires on TV and phone were pulled out of wall. Second room was a handicap room that had no pillows and broken room phone. Smelled like cigar smoke, paint pealing from light fixture above desk, Glob of someone’s hair stuck to shower wall, a room blanket hanging from fence, who knows why? This was room ##118, 1214 Corporate Drive. Worst room/stay ever. Renter beware this Red Roof Inn is a shady poorly managed dirty hotel. I’ll never make the mistake of staying here again.
The 1st room was not clean, bedding dirty, toilet had stool in it, the refrigerator was not clean. The room smelled bad and it was disgusting.
2nd room the gave was cleaner but they refrigerator was not clean. I felt unsafe
Place was dirty, front desk said ‘housekeeping wasn’t here’ and I woke up sick (I haven’t been sick in TWO YEARS) likely because of the room conditions.
My first room, my key didnt work so i had to go back to the office which was a whole building over. Key worked, next i finally use the bathroom, and the toilet was leaking. So i called the office, they kept answering the phone but wouldn't say anything. I called 3 times. I even waited for them to stop talking in background amd nothing. So i drove back to the office and they addressed my issue by sending maintenance. Once he arrived, he checked the toilet, but said there was nothing he could do. I had a smoking room at this point, and they moved me to another room, non smoking, even though i smoke. I got in there it seemed better, until i found out the chair was broke, fridge didnt work and was hot, and the heat didnt work. I literally froze in the room and barely warmed up. I thought red roof was better than this but damn. Also, my first room seemed like it was an old, ran down room. Dingy, dirty, looked like there could have been bed bugs, idk this place isn't up to par.
When I checked in I was politely greeted and given 2 bottles of water. That was the extent of like. The rooms are in no condition for guests. Bugs on wooden floor, toilet tanks not secured with extreme filth in and around the toilet. Literally so bad it was black and caked. Shower mat had dirt on it, sheets and pillowcases had not been changed and it was obvious. Bedspreads had huge stains of red and brown, lamps, walls and curtain all stained with huge brown and red stains. This was in both rooms. Mexican food was open and left in microwave as well as TV dinner in fridge which also had not been cleaned. It was beyond disgusting. My brothers and I were there to bury my father. I had no time or energy to even begin to describe the uncomfortable situation. The mattresses were all stained and it was so scary. I bought cleaning supplies and blankets for all the beds so we could lie on those and I disenfected as best I could. The garbage was one tiny wastebasket and people were putting garbage outside the rooms. Housekeeping had sheets and bedding on the concrete outside without bins. Drug deals and people sitting in vehicles occurred on the back. It was just deplorable I paid so much for the week for 2 rooms. The phone was so filthy I had to use a washcloth to use to ask for clean towels. I had to clean the rooms just to tolerate. We all came home with welts and bites and bad backs. The mattresses were actually warped so bad you could see the wave just looking at it.
Very visable mold in bathroom, showerhead was taped on, and burns in the sheets made this stay just "delightful".
What I didn't picture was two seperate hanging off the wall smoke alarms. Paint peeling from the baseboard heat, my room maybe hit 60 degrees. Maybe.
First room I was given the key card didn’t work. Had to drag our bags back down the stairs to the car to go back to the office. Wasn’t given a new key card but instead an entirely new room. Got into our “new room” only to find out it was a double bed room with one of the beds having dirty sheets when our reservation was for a king size bed. Called to the office and was met with the “we don’t have anything else” response. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
Dingy hotel room. I pulled the sheets (which were stained) back out of concern, and found a beg bug on the mattress. Told the desk clerk and he said it was only one so there was no problem. They only gave me half of my money back even though i didnt spend one night in the room. Never booking at red roof inn ever again.
To be fair, the rooms next to ours were under remodel. My smelled VERY musty! The room wasn't very clean. At check in, I asked for a extra bath towel. I was told that I could get one at the room with "double doors", that room didn't seem to exist. Very disappointing stay!
Stay elsewhere. I booked to try and save money but ended up checking out and switching hotels not only was the place dirty and the police showed up later not sure what happened but I went out to my car and there were 2 squad cars in the lot...
