Door safety lock was broken. Toilet seat fastener was broken. Floor is heaved by the door making it very difficult to open all the way. Key cards worked intermittently. Bed sheets did not fit properly. Bathroom ceiling had mold growing on it. Walls shook anytime a door was closed. Overall, one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We are in the area two to four times per year, and definitely will not select this one again.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was nice, the only problem was our door to the room was a little difficult to open and close completely. You had to give it a good shoulder push to get it open and closed. Over all it was a reallyy good experience.

The hospitality was great. Kristina at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating . The hotel was clean, the workout room spotless. The side door of the hotel is unlocked I feel that is unsafe.

My Stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, especially the Night Manager and Dede who was preparing breakfast. My only issue with this hotel is that I arrived on a very frigid evening. My room was probably 40 - 50 degrees upon arrival as the Hotel Shuts off the heat as its their "Slow Season." Would have been nice, had they pre-assigned a room for me and turned on the heat upon my arrival. the room literally didn't warm up until around midnight. The room is a bit dated and some deferred maintenance issues. Comforter was stained as well. Was a good value for the room type and with a breakfast included. I would just encourage the Management/Ownership to look into a little more cleanliness and fix the maintenance issues properly. The carpet could use a professional cleaner and I really didn't feel the surfaces were cleaned properly prior to my check in.
