"Great house- everything was perfect. For future guests- the kitchen light switch took us forever to find especially when you arrive at night. In the morning we found the light switch to be buried on the side of the refrigerator. Other then that- the house is highly recommended. "

"Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze! House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive. Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive). "Overall nice home. Management group should do a better job for the owner. Grass was tall. Dishes had been put away wet. Had to rewash our cups. 2 drawers were filled with randomness of junk. If you require a fan to sleep, being your own. House is really convenient to everything we needed to do. It has lots of extras to make things easy. Overall, would recommend the property though."

"The cottage was as advertised — cozy, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner, Thomas, was prompt and easy. It’s called a cottage, but it was really more like a small house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two TVs and a living room with the most comfortable couch in the world. And pet friendly too! My dog and I felt right at home. All in all highly recommended! Would stay there again! "
