Great hotel with excellent customer service. Also super convenient for me to walk to our Tokyo office. Only thing I can say is the gym needs to be a bit bigger as I saw myself and others waiting for equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc.).

We had a great experience during our stay. The service was overall fantastic. The furnishings and ambience were very upscale (especially for the price point). The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area.

Clean room, buffet breakfast was good. as a expedia gold member they gave you coupons for free drinks but these are cheap drinks. alo when they know you are gold with Expedia they have yo seat down at the other of area of bar rather than with other patrons.

We stayed in a Superior Twin Pros: - located very close to transportation, including the express train to the airport - walkable distance to many interesting areas, i.e. Ginza and Roppongi - check-out time is 12 noon. Cons: - the room we stayed in was small and very dated. - the reception is on the 24th floor of a different building. Had to take two different elevators to get to our room. - the reception area and bar was small and often crowded with guests standing around for check-in/out. The photo provided by the hotel is very misleading. - the bar closed at 10pm and the window coverings were down so we weren't able to see the night view - the staff at the bar was less than friendly. - we paid for the breakfast with our stay. The quality of the food and selection options were not good. Their photo shows fresh fruit salad but clearly it was from out of a can; the selection was just odd, i.e. salsa, kidney beans/unknown meat, potato wedges, breaded chicken? There was nothing Japanese which was disappointing. Definitely not worth the $3800 yen it cost. The Cerulean Tower Hotel also charges $3800 yen for buffet breakfast and it's 1000X better.

We did not receive VIP Treatment and when I requested for a late checkout they wanted to charge me for an hour late checkout - most of the 5 star hotels have always accomodated my needs - not too happy with the service they provided.

Great location in the Shidome area. Right next to the train line and could get anywhere around tokyo quite conviniently. Room was well kept and facilities were in good condition.

I think they can put more detail in cleaning and customer service. No lotion provided in the room. A/C was not working until I asked someone to reset the A/C control. After my 7 nights staying in this hotel in Tokyo and heading to Kyoto, the hotel refused my request to hold my luggage for 2 days. Most of the hotels will return favor and help travel customers but they refuse. Not sure I will ever return to this hotel.

Pro: Good location even though it’s not in Ginza, but it’s walkable. Staff very polite and tries to be helpful. Con: Only Expedia VIP benefit I received was the late check out. I had two rooms and they put us on different floors. Your room key only takes you to your room floor. Asked for upgrade to bring my other room closer and was asked to pay extra >$100/night. Asked to give me access to both rooms on one key and was denied “for security reasons”. Asked for extra key and that was okay. I guess, “security” doesn’t suffer if I have as many keys I want for all rooms, but it does — if I have access to more than one rooms I pay for.

We loved our stay here at Royal Park Shiodome. It was so convenient having the train next to the hotel. It was really easy to navigate. We truly enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had an overall great experience here.

Stayed in double room level 35. Very comfortable stay. Great location, close to most things. Easy access to Shimbashi train station. Neat & clean hotel and staff helpful. Did eat Breakfast once but not value for money and only few options in buffet. Go somewhere else near Ginza (try bills!

Check in staff upgraded me to a Tokyo Tower view room! It was incredible. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Two stations underneath can get you anywhere. The Family Mart in the basement was superb for snacks and breakfasr food to go.

This is our 2nd time staying and we love the location! Close to accessible shops, restaurants, groceries, train station. It's pretty quiet, esp during the weekend since it's more of a business park area. Service was good-- they fixed our broken window shade promptly, and also they gave our toddler a child toothbrush and slippers in the daily amenity kit. The hotel condition was kept well, except for a little wear and tear on the couch-- it was pretty beat up and dirty looking. One thing to note-- the airport limo only comes on site directly from NRT, and not HND... which was kinda annoying since we had a lot of luggage and couldn't just drag it a couple blocks to another hotel the limo bus stopped at. We ended up taking a taxi wagon to HND.

This is a pristine property and very convenient relative to Haneda. Would recommend for someone wanting easy access to this airport and great shopping. Ginza is really unbeatable in terms of lux shopping, as well as very Japanese shopping - Shiseido, sweets, Uniqlo, etc. Also 5 min walk to Prada, Chanel, Dior, Ferragamo, etc... The buffet was good, with a great view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji. Finally, great transport hub with cover for winter visits. One word about staff: overall 4 stars from me, I had asked for phone charging and they said I could buy a mobile wireless downstairs. I asked a different staff member later and he produced a range of chargers for client use. Not sure if it's a language thing -- also, for a business hotel, they could use better English speakers. It would help with service for their international clientele. Overall, very polite and customer service focused, though.

Love this hotel, very clean and safe as I was solo travelling. Staff at the lobby were very understanding of my requests for late check out timing although there was a fee to it. Very efficient check in and out procedures. Very convenient to places I went, about 20-30mins train ride. Breakfast retaurants were slightly a miss as the menu was the same throughout, however will definitely visit this hotel again.
