Location of the hotel in relation to proximity in the airport. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get get a refund because of changes on the plan that is beyond my concern although we didn't stay pretty much in the room( /- an hour).

I like the place for its great location (easy access to eateries opening around the clock at weekend), friendly staff, efficient check-in and check out processes. The room is clean and spacious too.

Good place to stay overnight. Custmer service is good. Room small no hot coffee or tea . For room type ,hotel price is too high.. Hard part going through immigration, just to stay in the hotel is very inconvenient. I just neededthe transit hotel.hard for older customer to wait in long line to go through security and immigration.

Conveniently located in Haneda Airport's Terminal 3 with plenty of shopping and small neighborhood-Iike restaurants in the same buildng. Makes for a good reason to get to the airport from Tokyo or Kyoto the day before for your international flight.

Much better than the Villa Fontaine. If you want to avoid the crowds at a giant hotel but looking for a comfortable accommodation, this is the one. I’ve stayed both and will choose the Royal.

The front desk staff who assisted us on arrival was so kind and caring. We had asked to change our room from a twin to a king room and he did without hesitation - this is true hospitality. Thank you!

We chose to stay here for 1 night as we arrived late at night and unfamiliar with Japan. So glad we chose to stay there. The room was quiet, clean, & spacious. Breakfast downstairs was convenient to start the day. The amenities were good.

No instructions s to where to park if you drive to the hotel. You must park in P5 and walk over a bridge to Terminal 3. Once in Terminal 3, there are no signs to guide you to hotel location. Simple clear instructions and signs would fix this problem.

This hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 at Haneda International Airport making it very convenient for a morning flight. It is also conveniently located near the train/metro.

Very disappointed with this property. We stayed at their sister hotel, the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, and gave that 5 stars. Service was basically non -existent. Automated check in and check out. Good luck finding a staff member to promptly assist you. Room was in desperate need of vacuuming. It was hot and musty (early April) and the A/C took forever to cool things down. The buffet had a decent selection of Japanese breakfast items but not much in terms of a western breakfast. Coffee from an urn. Meh.. we cannot recommend this property. Unfortunately, there probably aren't a lot of other options right at Haneda airport.

I am so thankful that we were able to stay at this hotel. It literally is in the same building as the international terminal at Haneda Airport, no transportation necessary. It was pretty much self check in but there was were attendants there in case anyone needed help. Those that were working were all helpful and professional. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it had everything that we needed, and with the convenience of it all, a smaller room was really not that bad. If you have an early flight or arriving late, this hotel is perfect! It gives you the space to rest and refresh before heading out. If/when I come back, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again, just on convenience alone.

Simplicity designed with common sense for the traveler in mind. It is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Strategically placed clothing hooks and towel racks, comfortable bed that provided me with a deep sleep with a buckwheat pillow that added to my deep sleep. Complimentary water and refillable water by the beverage machine for hydration bottles. Complimentary coffee and tea. Also, comfortable sleepwear and slippers. Amenities are everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable and price was very reasonable. Also very safe and secure. Shops and restaurants are all right outside the entry. You walk right into terminal 3.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. It is literally attached to Terminal 3. All we did was go directly to the hotel from the airport. The rooms are small but clean. It is the convenience to the airport that sold me to this hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly even with the language barrier.

It can't get any more convenient than being on the Haneda International Airport departure area floor. Very nicely sound-insulated room.
